今の東京は、こんなに人がいるのに、孤独で寂しい。
みんな焼けてしまった戦後、バラックの中で、汚れた子供たちがごろ寝していた。
家の子供も近所の子供も、分け隔てなく、大人は接していた。
貧しくても、寂しくはない。
共に生きる仲間がいるからだ。
あの頃は、家族の定義が、もっと広く、おおらかだったように思う。
