動物からの進化を目指しながら、人生を積極的に楽しんだらどうだろうか。

潜在意識に存在する先天的な紐付け（本能的欲求など）を顕在意識に引き出せば、人間はこれらを或る程度制御することができる。この意識して制御する力は、自然宇宙創造の源から来るものであり、潜在意識に先天的な紐付けを生み出した力と同格でもある。これこそが、人間の持つ真の意志・創造・生命の力であり、哲学では自由意志と呼ばれ、宗教の言葉を借りれば霊意識の現れなのだ。

この力を有効に行使するためには、この力そのものが、具体的な行使の局面で、どの程度どのように、先天的・後天的な紐付けに影響されているのか、その場その時の環境要因に左右されているのかを、慎重に意識しなければならない。その上でこの力を行使することになる。あらゆる影響からフリーであることはあり得ないからだ。

別の視点から言えば、先天的な紐付けの全てが動物的・退嬰的ということではなく、その中でも、倫理や論理を支える意味や価値を伴う感情には、動物からの進化のために、更に強度を上げて選択すべきものが多いということでもある。

通常、人間の価値判断は、先天的・後天的な紐付けにより、無意識的・反射的に、心に湧き上がる意味と価値を伴う感情によって決定される。論理で支えられた理屈は後付けされる。好きなものに理由は要らないのである。このような潜在意識の領域に、その局面局面で、顕在意識の光を当てることから、この進化は始まるのだ。簡単な例を挙げれば、「政治的な選択に芸能やスポーツを見るような自分の好みを混入させてはいないか、動物レベルのままの性的欲求に支配されていないか、この争いは過度に原始的な生存本能に支配されてはいないか、この他者批判は主に自分の嫉妬から始まっていないか」等を、その場その場で意識すればよい。

人間も動物であるから、動物として生きていくのに必要な紐付けを維持しなければならない。動物からの進化を目指しながら、これらの紐付けを洗練された形（例えば、高度な食文化やスポーツ競技など）で生かしながら人生を積極的に楽しむのも進化の一形態である。
