「遺伝と進化は、全て科学的に解明されている」と言う人がいる。近年の生命科学、特に遺伝子分野での進展には目を見張るものがある。また、ＩＰＳ細胞の作製など、期待される分野は輝いている。
しかし、ここでも、科学的手法には限界があることを理解しなければならない。なぜなら、生命とはこの世だけのものではないからだ。この世の物質と物質エネルギーをどのようにかき混ぜても、それだけで生命は生まれて来ない。創造主由来の非物質エネルギー、生命エネルギーの働きが不可欠であるからだ。
例えば、物質エネルギーである電気とこの生命エネルギーを比べてみよう。両者共に、その働きがあることは認識できる。科学的に、電気が生じる物質的な仕組みは解明されているが、生命が生じる仕組みは解明されていない。「電気は、なぜ存在し、なぜそのような力があるのか」、「生命は、なぜ存在し、なぜそのような力があるのか」については、共に全く分からない。
これらの分からないところは、全て、創造主由来のあの世から来るものに関連していて、科学の対象域を超えているからである。
さて、具体例を遺伝子の働きに見てみよう。
遺伝情報は、細胞核の中にあるＤＮＡに蓄えられている。ＤＮＡとは、アデニン、シトシン、グアニン、チミンという４種類の塩基が延々と連なった分子である。その総体は、全遺伝情報を持つゲノムと言われ、その中で、多くの遺伝子が働いている。各遺伝子は、それぞれ違った種類の蛋白質を作り出す情報がコード化されていて、それに従って細胞内で蛋白質が作り出される。遺伝子情報がコード化されていることは、既に科学で解明されている。
しかし、「どのような力によって、遺伝子情報が物質的にコード化されたのか、どのような力によって、遺伝子はコード化されている蛋白質を正確に生み出すのか」まで、科学は解明できない。例えば、水素ガスを燃やせば水が発生する。このことを、科学は、物質・物質エネルギー・時空間の範囲で、体系的・論理的に説明する。しかし、「なぜ、そのような力が存在するのか」は説明できないのだ。これと同様である。
遺伝子の働きについて、もう少し詳しく見ていくことにしよう。どの細胞も同じゲノムを持っている個体なのに、なぜか、それぞれの部位に応じて違った形が作られていく。それは、或る種類の細胞では、それに必要な種類の遺伝子しか働かないからだ。ゲノム内にある全ての遺伝子が同時に働く訳ではない。細胞内で、「今、この遺伝子を働かせる、この遺伝子は働かせない」という更なる指令を、ゲノムに付与する仕組みが存在しているのである。
この仕組みも、科学的に解明されつつある。「遺伝子自体を読めなくする仕組み」、「遺伝子はそのままで、それに関わる染色体部分を変化させて遺伝子の働きを制御する仕組み（ＤＮＡスイッチと呼ばれるものなど）」が発見されている。
それでも、科学で説明できないものがある。「必要に応じて働くそのような物質的仕組みは、どのような力によって作り出されたのか」という疑問である。
考えさせられる面白い例を挙げてみよう。春に咲く植物の多くは、一時期、低温に晒されないと開花しない。これは、あの世の共通領域に蓄積されている「一定期間の寒さを乗り越えて咲いた」という祖先たちの記憶に関係している。この祖先たちの共通経験とその底を流れる非物質エネルギー、意志エネルギーの集合的・時間的な蓄積が或る量を超えたことによって、その共通経験の雲は、その集団の原型の雲に合流したのである。あの世のこの合流による原型変化が、「一定期間、低温に晒されて、初めて、開花遺伝子が働く」という仕組みを、この世の染色体上に作り出したのである。
ここで、「どのような力によって遺伝子情報が物質的にコード化されたのか、どのような力によって遺伝子はコード化されている蛋白質を正確に生み出すのか」という疑問に多少なりとも答えたい。あの世の原型を投影して、これに相応する構造・形態・機能を、この世に作り上げる非物質エネルギー、創造エネルギーが存在するのである。あの世に概念設計図は存在する。これを物質化するエネルギーも明らかにしたい。だが、科学同様、現段階では、人類が持つどのような手法によっても、これを明らかにすることはできない。残念ながら、人知を超えた設計・創造者に、これ以上は、丸投げせざるを得ないのである。
実際、このような創造・進化・変化には、創造主が生み出した数多くの生命存在の関与が考えられる。例えば、高級精神体（神）や上級宇宙人を想像して見るのも、真面目な話である。考えてみれば、人間を初めとするあらゆる生物は、創造され且つ創造する存在なのだ。
ここまで来ると、進化の大問題にも言及する必要がある。
当然ながら、この仮説に立てば、「進化の源は、創造主」ということになる。ダーウィンの自然淘汰説、メンデルから始まる遺伝学とそれに続く突然変異説、それらは、それで正しいと言えるが、それで、進化の全てが説明された訳ではない。
個体変異が遺伝するという説は否定されても、また登場する。それにはそれなりの理由があるからだ。進化には明らかに合目的的な方向性が存在する。祖先の多くが目指した方向に子孫たちの進化は進んでいるように見える。偶然起きるとされる遺伝子の突然変異と優れた資質以外の要素にも左右される自然淘汰だけでは、これほど合目的的に進化は進まない。
だが、個体変異が遺伝しないということは最新生命科学でも通説である。例えば、親が数学を一生懸命習得したからといって、その子供は親からの遺伝で数学が得意になることはない。しかし、これが、集合的・時間的に累積した場合はどうなのだろうか。或る集団に属する多くの者たちがパソコン操作に習熟し、且つ、これに関連した彼らの共通経験とその底を流れる非物質エネルギー、意志エネルギーの集合的・時間的な蓄積が或る量を超えた場合、集合記憶感情伝達によって、その子供たちの多くは、親の世代よりパソコンが得意となるのだ。又、前述の染色体上に作られているＤＮＡスイッチの切り替えは個的にも可能であることが分かってきている。例えば、個人の意志と努力で、ＤＮＡスイッチがＯＮに成って遺伝子が働き始め、若返りホルモンが活性化するかも知れない。そして、これが染色体を通して子供に遺伝する。言い換えれば、「個体変異が遺伝することもある」ということだ。これが本仮説による進化のもう一つの説明である。集合記憶感情伝達は、この世の物質としての遺伝子の変化を起点とするものではなく、非物質エネルギーが関与するあの世の原型変化に由来する。尚、集合記憶感情伝達と同根である本能（「集合記憶感情伝達」「文化の伝承」の項を参照のこと）も、この意味で、進化に関与している。ＤＮＡスイッチのＯＮ・ＯＦＦは、切り替えだけの原型変化なので、比較的小さな非物質エネルギー量で達成される個的なものが多いが、これも遺伝性があるという点で、一種の進化である。これが、個を超えて、集合的・時間的な蓄積が、方向性を持って、或るエネルギー量を超えた場合は、大きな種の進化に繋がっていく。
最後に、遺伝子の突然変異について考えてみよう。遺伝子の突然変異には、進化した生命存在が合目的性を持って働いた結果によるものがある。人類の遺伝子操作も、この世の物質的な遺伝子構造を変化させたもの（間接的に、あの世の集団的原型の変化に繋がる）ではあるが、その一例である。非物質エネルギーを操作する段階まで進化した生命存在であれば、あの世の原型（概念設計図）を直接的に変化させることができる。更に、上述の通り、祖先たちの意志エネルギーの膨大な蓄積を反映した原型変化に起因するものも考えられる。このような遺伝子変異は、その性質上、合目的的であり、自然淘汰で敗北することも少なく、順調に進化の道を進んでいくのである。
