ここで、オリジナリティーという言葉がどこから出て来るのか考えてみよう。それは、「既に存在しているものを使って、今までにない新しい組み合わせを生み出す」、又は、「既に存在しているものではあるが、その存在や意味を初めて発見する」、その過程の中に、その人間の自由意志が関与しているという意味なのだ。これこそが、「オリジナリティーがある」と言われる所以である。
